Description
The Oregon Business Development Department (Business Oregon) is seeking to contract for loan referral services for the Oregon Royalty Fund (ORF) loan program. Contractors will be responsible for identifying eligible prospective loan applicants and making referrals to Business Oregon. The selected contractors will promote and market the ORF loan program and other Business Oregon business finance and development tools. Referrals must include borrower information, a business description, and details about the project and any other investors involved. The initial contract term is anticipated to be 5 years with options to renew for an additional 5 years.
