The City of Pompano Beach is transitioning to a new web-based sourcing platform in partnership with OpenGov, with the system scheduled to go live on October 1, 2026. The platform will allow vendors to register for notifications, follow solicitation updates, receive amendments and addenda, submit questions and answers online, and respond electronically to bids through a guided process. After the transition, vendors must be registered with OpenGov to participate in new City solicitations. Registration is free. Existing vendors registered in the City's IonWave eBid system may need to activate and update their accounts, while new vendors can register through the City's new eProcurement portal. IonWave will continue managing and awarding solicitations advertised before October 1, 2026.
