Description
Ionia Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the Boyce Elementary additions and renovations project. Bidders must have at least five years of successful experience with work of this type and scope, hold any required licenses, and have adequate financial resources. Prevailing wages apply, and bidders must be registered with Michigan’s Labor and Economic Opportunity agency for payroll submission; proof of registration must accompany the bid. Each bid must include bid security of at least 5% of the bid amount, provided as a qualifying surety bond or certified check. The successful bidder must provide performance, labor, and material bonds for contracts exceeding $50,000, each for the full contract amount.
