Description
Stillwater County is seeking an estimated 20,000 tons of 3/4-inch-minus crushed gravel for road maintenance. Bidders must provide pricing and proposed contract terms, specify when the approved gravel will be available, and address stockpile separation and loading arrangements. The solicitation package specifies gravel gradation and material requirements; bidders must submit gravel samples and a gradation test with sieve chart showing compliance, or state when the report will be completed if it is not available at bid submission. Each bid must include bid security equal to 10% of the total bid amount, in an allowed form. The submission package also requires a proposed contract with a signature page, warranty information, a delivery availability date, an executed and dated non-collusion affidavit, and completed specification pages. The attached package contains a 2025 bid package with a 15,000-ton quantity and 2025 dates, which conflict with the current notice's 20,000-ton quantity and 2026 deadline.
