Description
The Bureau of Information Technology requires ferry and barge transportation between St. Thomas and St. John for authorized personnel, government-owned vehicles, official operations, project activities, site visits, maintenance, meetings, and emergency response. The vendor must provide passenger ferry transportation and vehicle barge transportation, maintain regular service, and support up to 25 roundtrips. The vendor must provide tickets, receipts, itemized invoices, and monthly usage reports upon request, and comply with applicable maritime safety and regulatory requirements. The solicitation is an informal quotation and permits electronic quotes.
