Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quote for one clinical urine refractometer, NSN 6515-01-699-9910. The requested instrument must provide simple operation, durable all-metal construction, reliable and accurate readings, rugged design, and quick calibration using distilled water. The unit must include a calibration screwdriver, applicator, calibration fluid, hard-sided case, and manual. The item is an FDA-regulated Class I medical device and must comply with applicable registration, listing, labeling, good manufacturing practice, packaging, marking, inspection, and domestic-material requirements. Alternate offers must include complete technical data describing both the requested and proposed products. Quotes must identify the source and part number being supplied. One unit is required, with delivery specified as 20 days after award, FOB destination.
