Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks potential sources capable of newly manufacturing and supplying 15 main fuel controls for the F100 platform, part number 4089355 and NSN 2915-01-407-1507NZ. The requirement includes component-part procurement or manufacture, inspection, testing, preservation and packaging, and shipping; there is no repair requirement. Potential sources may also need to provide supply-chain management, logistics planning, production forecasting, long-lead-time parts procurement, diminishing-manufacturing-source and material-shortage support, and shipment of serviceable assets. The Government may require nonrecurring engineering associated with becoming an approved source. Interested parties must provide business and capability information for market research and may need to complete a Source Approval Request package under the applicable qualification requirements. This notice is not a solicitation and does not contemplate an award; estimated solicitation information and unit prices remain to be determined.
