Description
This Sources Sought notice supports market research for repair of the B-2 Power Drive Unit Controller, NSN 6110-01-317-2372FW, part number 741146J. The anticipated requirement is 15 units during the basic year and 5 units during each of two option periods. Work includes teardown, testing and evaluation, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, reassembly, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, preservation, packaging, and return of serviceable units. Potential sources must provide the labor, materials, facilities, equipment, technical data, special tooling, supply-chain support, and qualified personnel needed for the work. The government does not possess the associated technical data; sources would typically need an OEM license or agreement with Safran Electronics & Defense, CAGE 167Y3, and must address source-approval requirements. Responses must describe relevant capabilities, similar experience, quality and testing practices, configuration and obsolescence management, inventory reporting, and how the absence of drawings, specifications, technical data, and test procedures would be addressed.
