Description
The district seeks a turnkey solution to install and test approximately three 12-strand OS2 single-mode fiber-optic cable runs at one school location. Six strands of each run are to be terminated at both ends, with the remaining strands protected for future use. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, including fiber, conduit if needed, components, accessories, project management, testing, labeling, documentation, and post-installation surveys. Labor rates must comply with New Jersey prevailing-wage law. The proposal must include an official company quote in PDF and a completed Excel bill of materials in the provided format. Vendors must identify ineligible costs, provide standard contract terms and conditions, include a valid SPIN and evidence of FCC Green Light status, and return the signed and dated specification document. The quote should include all taxes and charges; separate regular-hours and after-hours pricing is requested if possible. Vendors must attend the mandatory walkthrough to submit a proposal.
