Description
The City of Long Beach is soliciting sealed bids for polyethylene culvert pipe with smooth interiors. The pipe will be ordered from time to time during the contract period, which runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Specifications and purchase terms are included in bid sheets available from H2O Innovation. Bids must be submitted on the required bid form in a sealed envelope clearly marked “BID FOR POLYETHYLENE CULVERT PIPE (SMOOTH INTERIOR ONLY).” The city may hold bids for up to 30 days after opening while reviewing submissions and bidder qualifications.
