Submission Instructions
Description
The Barbados Water Authority is seeking quotations for 504 feet of green, gasketed 4-inch SDR 35 PVC pipe supplied in 14-foot lengths. The pipe must conform to ASTM D3034 or NQ 3624-130/135, use IPEX Ring-Tite PVC DR35 minimum or an approved equal, be manufactured from clean, virgin Class 12454-B compound conforming to ASTM D1784, and include watertight locked-in gasket connections with an integral bell system. Gaskets must conform to ASTM F477. Quotations will be evaluated on price, lead time, specification compliance, experience, and payment terms. The submission must include the completed and signed Applicant's Bid Submission Form and Form of Tender/Form of Quotation, along with the required or applicable business-registration, tax-clearance, social-security, labor-compliance, and good-standing documentation identified in the solicitation.
