Description
This Pre-Qualification Request (PQR) seeks to pre-qualify contractors for Application Master Services Agreements (AMSA). The scope includes application maintenance services (AMS), application development services (ADS), and associated professional and technical services delivered through a managed service delivery approach. Contractors will be pre-qualified in the following technical domains: Cloud, Internet of Things, Mainframe, Mobility, Data Analytics/Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Additionally, pre-qualification will be based on business domains: Education, Finance, Government, and Healthcare. This PQR is not intended for contingent labor or resource-based engagements; professional and technical services will only be solicited in conjunction with AMS or ADS. Qualifying for an AMSA allows contractors to respond to Statements of Work (SOW) for Application Services, leading to Supplementary Services Agreements (SSA).
