Description
Hydro-Québec is soliciting a supplier to provide the personnel, equipment, tools, and materials required for a fire-intervention, rescue, and surveillance team serving the Montagnais site and an associated camp outside the Montagnais post. The scope also includes airport management at Montagnais Airport, including aircraft ground handling, air-freight services, passenger services, and aircraft de-icing. The procurement is an open competitive request for proposal with an estimated 36-month contract period and an indicative total value, including options, of $5 million to $10 million. The supplier must submit a valid occupational health and safety evaluation report with its proposal; the solicitation also identifies eligibility and legal-document requirements, including applicable tax, regulatory, licensing, aircraft-registration, and conflict-of-interest documentation. Bid security may be submitted in an accepted form, and performance and payment guarantees may be required at award under the applicable clauses.
