Description
The University of Arkansas System is seeking a qualified audit firm to provide co-sourced internal information technology audit services and advisory projects. The scope includes IT governance, cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, general IT controls, enterprise applications, risk assessment support, audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, and knowledge sharing with internal audit and IT personnel. Services must conform to the Global Internal Audit Standards, Topical Requirements, and Global Practice Guides issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors. The selected firm is expected to provide approximately 1,500 to 2,000 audit hours annually, with no guaranteed number of audits. Proposals must address firm qualifications, key personnel, relevant higher-education and healthcare experience, approach, pricing, and at least three references. The proposal is limited to 15 pages including attachments and must include the completed Official Price Sheet, required disclosure and conflict-of-interest forms, and proof of insurance. The contract is for an initial two-year term with options for up to five additional years.
