Description
The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba is seeking a vendor to develop, configure, customize, implement, host, maintain, and support a cloud-based SaaS training portal for third-party safety-training providers, learners, employers, and internal administrators. The platform must support course publishing, search, registration, employer group enrollment, learner and employer profiles, training records, certificates, certificate suspension or revocation, application workflows, document uploads, communications, notifications, analytics, dashboards, reporting, and secure sharing of training information. The solution must store all data in Canada, operate continuously, support modern browsers and mobile devices, provide English and French language options, and include infrastructure maintenance, technical support, customer support, security, disaster recovery, integrations, and reporting capabilities. The vendor must provide project management, phased implementation, configuration, testing, training, documentation, rollout support, warranty support, ongoing updates, customization, quality assurance, and customer support during and outside business hours. The expected contract period is 60 months, with a preferred start date of January 1, 2027; additional customization may be requested through statements of work without a guaranteed minimum volume.
