Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking one or more non-exclusive Long-Term Agreements with qualified providers for as-needed vehicle rental and professional driver services throughout Lesotho. Services include transportation of personnel, consultants, project materials, workshop and conference participants, airport transfers, field missions, emergency transportation, and daily, weekly, monthly, or longer-term assignments. Required fleet categories include sedans, SUVs/4x4s, double-cab 4x4 pickups, minibuses, and buses. Vehicles must meet age, registration, roadworthiness, insurance, safety, maintenance, and equipment requirements. Providers must demonstrate fleet capacity, qualified drivers, geographic coverage, relevant experience, financial capacity, and supporting vehicle and driver documentation. The LTA is for an initial one-year period and may be extended annually for up to two additional years; UNDP may award to one or more technically compliant and financially competitive providers.
