The City of Jacksonville's Tax Collector's Office is pursuing a sole-source procurement from RT Lawrence Corporation for RTL system services supporting check processing and bulk remittance of mailed payments. The scope includes conversion from Manatron to GSG TaxSyst, RTLFiRST software licensing and Version 8 upgrades, 10 new scan modules, and configuration and integration of OPEX scanning equipment with the proprietary RTLFiRST environment. The quoted solution includes planning, implementation, remote installation, training, and testing. The quoted total is $11,050 plus applicable taxes, consisting of $10,000 in project costs and $1,050 in annual support.
