Description
The School of the Osage R-II District is soliciting bids for Category One connectivity and Category Two network infrastructure. The requested services include dedicated internet access with bandwidth options from 3 Gbps through 10 Gbps, leased lit fiber between two school locations with 5 Gbps through 10 Gbps options, leased routers, Ethernet handoffs, service-level agreements, uptime commitments, and clearly identified recurring, nonrecurring, installation, and E-rate-ineligible charges. Pricing is requested for one-, three-, and five-year terms, including voluntary renewals and up to 12 months of month-to-month transition service. The Category Two scope includes approximately 30 outdoor wireless access points, CAT 6A cabling runs, mounting, weatherproofing, grounding, surge protection, installation, configuration, and five-year licensing. Equipment must be compatible with the district's existing FortiGate-managed wireless network, and refurbished or FCC-prohibited equipment is not acceptable. The district also seeks eligible manufacturer support and maintenance for Fortinet switches and wireless access points through three maintenance projects, with eligible and ineligible components separately identified and monthly or annual totals provided. Bidders must submit the completed C2 Cover Page and bid the applicable project in its entirety.
