Description
The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission is procuring licensing, implementation, and ongoing support for a cloud-based enterprise resource planning solution. The selected platform will replace Tyler Munis, manual Excel-based processes, and disparate departmental databases with an integrated SaaS system of record and standardized workflows. Required functional areas include accounting and finance, payroll processing, engineering and capital projects, purchasing and procurement, fleet and maintenance, electronic security systems, contract compliance, insurance and risk management, training and employee development, information technology security and infrastructure, business continuity and disaster recovery, and an external collaboration portal supporting vendor self-service, document exchange, and electronic bidding.
