Troy University is soliciting bids from pre-qualified general contractors for the replacement of the data center air-conditioning system at University Park on its Troy, Alabama campus. The work includes removing the existing cooling unit and installing a new unit. The owner intends to award a single contract to a single contractor and will accept proposals only from firms that demonstrate the required experience and ability to perform the work. Interested general contractors must submit a Contractor's Qualification Statement showing the minimum qualifications necessary for pre-qualification. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and prospective contractors must demonstrate their qualifications at that meeting.
