Description
Iowa State University is seeking proposals for a contractor to administer a seatback rental program for all home football games at Jack Trice Stadium. The contractor must provide seatbacks for season leases and single-game rentals, including designs that withstand outdoor conditions, attach to existing bleachers without damage, use the university's specified colors and mark, and remain within the 16-inch maximum width. The contractor must provide all installation and removal labor, equipment, storage, waste disposal, staffing, customer service, marketing, revenue tracking, and coordination with university personnel. The response must include seatback program details, proposed revenue-sharing arrangements, a company profile, three references with contact information, pricing for season rentals, single-game rentals, and a bid alternate for converting specified bleacher sections to permanent individual stadium seating. One seatback sample, all installation hardware, and installation instructions must be submitted to the university before the response deadline. Bid responses are accepted only online through ISUBid.
