Description
Atlantic County Division of Public Health is seeking a consultant to assess its current framework, protocols, policies, and procedures and guide preparation for Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) accreditation and/or PHAB Pathways Recognition Track 1 or 2. Required services include a health department assessment, accreditation activity timeline, staff training, document preparation and collection, and a pre-site visit assessment. Optional supplemental work may address strategic planning, workforce development, public health emergency preparedness and response, and quality improvement. Proposals must describe the consultant’s experience with PHAB accreditation requirements, proposed program design and measurable objectives, timeline and expected staff commitment, staffing qualifications and certifications, and an itemized budget. Funding of up to $75,000 is available, contingent on grant funding, for a 14-month contract from October 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027. The proposal must include the required certifications and forms identified in the solicitation, and bids must be submitted electronically with an electronic signature.
