Description
The City of St. Cloud is seeking qualified firms to enter into tower site lease agreements for the installation of communication equipment on city-owned properties. Proposals will be accepted on an ongoing basis, and successful firms will negotiate a lease agreement for an initial ten-year term with the possibility of two additional five-year renewals. Firms must demonstrate experience in cell tower site lease agreements and be licensed to do business in Florida. The city emphasizes the use of non-obtrusive equipment due to the proximity of some sites to neighborhoods. Rent will increase by a minimum of 4% annually, and tenants are responsible for their own equipment maintenance and utilities.
