Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking potential sources capable of providing a building automation control system with performance equal to Johnson Controls Metasys for the Fiscal Year 2027 ACC SARP Replacement project. The system must connect field controllers directly to supervisory servers, support open integration with third-party and legacy equipment using industry protocols including BACnet, provide encrypted communications, multifactor authentication, and secure role management, and offer a dashboard identifying security risks, system vulnerabilities, and mitigation guidance. The proposed system must also integrate seamlessly with the existing Johnson Controls Metasys system serving the main hospital, ensuring that all monitored and controlled points in the replacement building are visible and accessible through the hospital's Metasys control system. This is a Sources Sought notice and not a request for proposals, quotes, or bids. Respondents must submit detailed technical data demonstrating compatibility; company brochures are not requested. The technical response is limited to five one-sided pages, excluding the cover and table of contents, and must include the completed Company Information attachment.
