Description
UNDP Armenia seeks professional services to design, deliver, and evaluate a short executive AI learning pilot for 15 senior officials of the Ministry of Labor and Welfare. The assignment includes five highly interactive, in-person sessions of 2–2.5 hours each, delivered within a maximum three-week period in Yerevan. The curriculum must cover AI fundamentals, ChatGPT and Claude workflows, policy and strategic analysis, responsible AI, data protection, governance, AI agents, workflow redesign, and leadership applications. At least 40% of facilitated time must involve participant practice, case analysis, simulations, peer challenge, or applied design work, using public, approved, anonymized, or synthetic materials. The provider must conduct a needs assessment, develop the facilitator plan and learning materials, provide individual ChatGPT and Claude subscriptions for all 15 participants for 12 consecutive months, implement UNDP's monitoring, evaluation, and learning methodology, and provide 30 days of post-training remote support. Deliverables include an inception and training-readiness package, a training-completion package with assessment results and subscription evidence, and a follow-up and final MEL report package. Facilitation must be in Armenian, while reports and editable learning materials must be available in English and Armenian. Proposals are evaluated using a 70% technical and 30% financial weighting, with minimum experience requirements in AI, digital transformation, AI competency training in Armenia, and AI-literacy education programs.
