Description
UNDP Viet Nam seeks a national consultant to support development of practical, learner-centred materials for guidance on consolidating legal normative documents. The consultant will prepare a Vietnamese Trainer’s Guide; presentation slides; practical cases, exercises, and discussion materials; pre- and post-training assessments; participant feedback tools; post-training application assessment tools; a Training Report template; and a bilingual Vietnamese-English summary of the training materials. The consultant will also contribute to two capacity-building training sessions, facilitate assigned content and exercises, review feedback and assessment results, and finalize the materials. The assignment is home-based but requires in-person participation in training sessions tentatively held in Hanoi and Da Lat City. The stated period is October 2026 through March 2027, with an estimated 30 working days and deliverables due on December 31, 2026; January 15, 2027; January 31, 2027; and March 31, 2027.
