Description
Seneca Polytechnic is seeking a supplier for a comprehensive cabin crew uniform program supporting its School of Aviation Flight Services Program. The scope includes design, sourcing or manufacturing, customization and branding, sizing support, inventory management, order fulfillment, delivery, quality assurance, warranty administration, replacement garments, and customer service. Required uniform items include blazers, vests, tunics, short- and long-sleeve shirts, trousers, skirts, dresses, polo shirts, ties, scarves, and approved accessories. Proposed garments must meet detailed aviation-style specifications, inclusive sizing requirements, durability standards including maintaining appearance and structural integrity for at least 50 wash cycles, and branding requirements. Proponents must provide technical drawings, garment construction details, fabric and color information, product specifications, quality-assurance information, warranty details, and a service model. The supplier will coordinate student ordering, inventory replenishment, distribution, and invoicing with Follett Higher Education. Initial bulk delivery is required within 8–12 weeks after contract award, with subsequent orders fulfilled within six weeks or less. The initial agreement term is three years, with up to two additional 12-month extension options. Estimated quantities are provided for evaluation only, and Seneca guarantees no minimum purchase volume, expenditure, revenue opportunity, or contract value.
