Description
The School of Saint Dominic is seeking E-Rate-eligible Category One Internet access services providing a minimum of 500 Mbps of dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical connectivity, with pricing for 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps options. The solution must include the facilities, equipment, installation, configuration, testing, activation, proactive monitoring, fault management, 24/7 network operations center support, and at least five static public IPv4 addresses required for an operational service. A managed router, including licensing, maintenance, monitoring, and support, must be included if necessary. Leased lit fiber or a functionally equivalent technology is preferred. Proposals must provide pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, with up to two optional one-year renewal periods, and separately identify recurring, nonrecurring, special-construction, installation, tax, surcharge, regulatory-fee, and eligible/ineligible costs. Each proposal must include the requested service-provider and solicitation information, terms and conditions, and a completed pricing worksheet, along with a detailed service-level agreement addressing availability, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation, maintenance, service credits, outage reporting, monitoring tools, and performance reporting. The proposal deadline is November 18, 2026, and recurring services must be operational by July 1, 2027, unless an authorized extension applies.
