Description
Philadelphia Gas Works is requesting a one-time purchase of 180 plastic printed signs for 96 active box trucks: 84 trucks require two signs and 12 trucks require one sign. Each sign should be approximately 44.5 by 95 inches and fit the trucks’ existing slide-in silver frames. Bidders must provide itemized pricing, lead time, total costs including freight and delivery, and separate costs with and without lamination. Any setup or artwork fees must be included in the pricing submission. The award will result in one purchase order to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor; bids taking exception to the specifications or terms and conditions may be deemed nonresponsive.
