Description
Chippewa River District Library is seeking firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access at three library sites: 500 Mbps service at Faith Johnston Memorial Library and Shepherd Community Library, and 20 Mbps service at Fremont Township Community Library. The requested internet service includes broadband connectivity, ISP-owned equipment, itemized eligible and non-eligible components, end-to-end equipment maintenance, a possible 99.97% uptime guarantee, and a maximum four-hour service response time available 24/7. Category 2 requirements include approximately one Meraki MR46 or equivalent wireless access point, three Cisco C1200-48P-4X or equivalent switches, approximately nine Meraki MR Enterprise or equivalent license renewals, approximately 1,000 feet of Cat6 plenum Ethernet cable, antennas/connectors and related components, and maintenance for the wireless access points and switches. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN and an active SAM.gov registration, provide required insurance and workers' compensation proof, itemize all components, and submit quotations by email clearly marked “E-rate bid.” The library may select more than one provider, may consider multi-year contracts, and will condition implementation on Universal Service Fund funding approval.
