Description
The City of Tulsa's Asset Management Department is soliciting bids for fence repairs, new chain-link, privacy, and rail fence installation, gates, fencing materials, hardware, concrete, a slide gate operator, and related labor. The contractor must provide all required labor, equipment, and materials; prepare estimates for approval before work begins; begin assigned work within 10 working days of notification; and submit itemized invoices. Bidders must price all items in Exhibit A, including specified fencing components, supplies, installation categories, and labor rates. The contract is intended to run for one year, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms at the City's discretion. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. The apparent award basis is the lowest secure bid, subject to compliance with the specifications and other evaluation factors. Insurance requirements include $1,000,000 per-occurrence general liability, $1,000,000 automobile liability, and statutory workers' compensation coverage.
