Description
The Canadian Forces Housing Agency requires waste collection services for residential housing units, including wet and dry garbage, foliage, and food by-products. The contractor must provide the labor, materials, transportation equipment, and supervision needed to collect waste from exterior 4- and 6-cubic-yard containers at three pickup locations. Collections are scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays, and services must be performed on-site during weekday core hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The solicitation specifies compliance with applicable occupational health and environmental regulations. The initial contract period is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028, with two optional one-year extensions. The solicitation is conditionally set aside for Indigenous businesses if the stated conditions are met; otherwise, it remains open to all eligible suppliers.
