Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 30 each of a bronze, 1¼-inch swing check valve with nitrile rubber gasket material. Each valve must include an identification plate marked with CID 882037045, and union tailpiece assemblies must not be furnished. The specified part is associated with NSN 4820-00-482-8907 and part number 803-1385721-6 under basic drawing 80064, revision Y. The valves must pass high-impact shock testing under MIL-S-901D and MIL-STD-798 and vibration testing under MIL-STD-167-1. Requirements also include applicable technical and quality controls, destination inspection, MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging, MIL-STD-129 marking, domestic-material restrictions, export-controlled technical-data access requirements, and CMMC Level 2 requirements. Delivery is required 284 days after award, FOB origin, to the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania.
