Description
The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs is seeking a qualified catering vendor to provide light breakfast and full lunch for approximately 60 attendees at its end-of-year board meeting on December 4, 2026. Breakfast must include assorted tea, coffee, bottled water, pastries, and fresh fruit. Lunch must include chicken, fish, rice, salad, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, bread, dessert, passion fruit juice, tamarind juice, and bottled water. The vendor must prepare and deliver fresh, sanitary, presentation-ready food; maintain safe food temperatures and handling practices; provide serving and dining supplies; identify menu items relevant to dietary restrictions or allergens; and set up the food service area if requested. The response must include a proposed menu, pricing for approximately 60 attendees, applicable delivery or setup fees, available service options, dietary accommodation information, minimum order requirements, and other applicable terms.
