Description
UNDP Cabo Verde seeks a qualified firm or training institution to design and deliver specialized banking operations training supporting implementation and operation of the Treasury Bank System. The assignment includes a detailed training program, customized pedagogical materials, practical and participatory face-to-face instruction, participant feedback and evaluation, and a final training report including certificates. Training is expected to serve approximately 30 Treasury personnel and cover financial-system fundamentals, banking products and services, customer and account management, deposits, credit operations, payment instruments, banking operations, and operational-risk controls. The proposal must include technical and financial offers submitted separately through the Quantum supplier portal. The financial offer must be uploaded only in the Commercial section of the portal. The solicitation requires company and registration information, recent and ongoing project lists, client performance certificates, key-personnel CVs, a self-declaration regarding sanctions and ineligibility, and completed Annex 2, Annex 3, and Annex 4 forms. The contract is a fixed-lump-sum professional-services engagement with an expected 45-day implementation period and face-to-face training in Praia.
