Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking an individual consultant to facilitate a standardized, two-day, in-person career-management workshop for United Nations Volunteers under its capacity-building learning initiative. The consultant will coordinate with the program team, review and contextualize translated training materials, deliver an interactive workshop, support on-site preparations, maintain regular coordination, and adapt delivery methods based on feedback. The assignment also requires a post-workshop evaluation survey and recommendations for improvement. Applicants must demonstrate relevant training-facilitation experience, fluency in English and French, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams. The submission must include a brief technical proposal and methodology, detailed financial breakdown, signed curriculum vitae with similar-project experience and at least three references, and the required offer form.
