Description
The U.S. Air Force, through the Alabama Air National Guard, is soliciting quotes for the procurement, delivery, installation, hard-wiring/plumbing, testing, and training of commercial kitchen equipment for the 187th Fighter Wing dining facility. The requirement includes two (2) electric floor-model tilt kettles with 30-40 gallon capacity and one (1) gas floor-model pressure-less steamer with a minimum 6-pan capacity per compartment. The equipment must be brand new, meet NSF and UL certifications, and comply with detailed salient characteristics outlined in the Statement of Work. The contractor will be responsible for delivery to the facility, uncrating, setup, utility connections, debris removal, and providing hands-on training to facility staff on operation and preventative maintenance. A site visit is scheduled for August 19, 2026, and quotes are due by September 9, 2026.
