Description
The Virgin Islands Bureau of Corrections is seeking one heavy-duty Buffalo Chopper food cutter, specified as Hobart brand, NSF certified, and model 84186C-1. Required features include a stainless steel bowl, one-piece burnished aluminum housing, 1,725 RPM knife rotation, bowl-cover safety interlock, double cutlery-grade stainless steel knives, a six-foot flexible cord and plug, an 18-inch diameter, and a security package. The item must include a full one-year warranty covering parts and labor against manufacturer defects.
