Description
The Chicago Housing Authority is soliciting quotes from authorized sellers to renew Salesforce software subscriptions supporting its core business processes. The requested products are Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Enterprise Edition, 200 estimated units; Salesforce Sandbox, one estimated unit; and Salesforce CRM Analytics, one estimated unit. The authority may increase, reduce, or delete scheduled quantities. The response must use the provided fee form, be typed and signed by an authorized company representative, and include the aggregate pricing for the listed estimated quantities. The solicitation states a one-year base term with a projected contract start date of January 1, 2027. Mandatory CHA forms and affidavits, including a utilization plan and compliance documents, are required from successful respondents within five days after notice of award rather than with the initial quote.
