Description
The project is a minor remodel of the Old Illinois Central Railroad Depot to create a new office. The contractor must comply with the Illinois Works Jobs Program Act, the Illinois Works Apprentice Initiative, and prevailing-wage requirements under the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act. Bids must include bid security equal to 10% of the total bid price, in the form of a certified bank check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond.
