Palm Beach County is soliciting qualification packages for an annual contract to provide indoor air quality (IAQ) remediation services on an as-needed basis. This contract is anticipated to be awarded for up to five years with an initial not-to-exceed cumulative amount of $3,000,000. Individual work orders are generally expected to be less than $100,000 but may be larger. Services will include IAQ response, water extraction, HVAC system cleaning, emergency response, water damage remediation, building dehumidification, air scrubbing and ventilation, building envelope and moisture assessments, drywall and cavity repair, painting and encapsulation, mold remediation, IAQ cleaning, infectious disease sanitization, and blood-borne pathogens cleanup for buildings throughout Palm Beach County. Contractors must be qualified to bid on future work orders issued under this annual contract.
