Description
Wythe-Grayson Regional Library is seeking proposals for dedicated Internet access with transport at Grayson County Public Library, with service bandwidth from 50 Mbps to 300 Mbps. Proposed service must provide dedicated bandwidth with a committed information rate, have no data caps or usage-based speed reductions, and terminate at the building’s designated MDF demarcation point rather than only at the property line. Proposals should include static IP addresses, router lease options and pricing, all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, and any applicable taxes and surcharges. Providers must accept responsibility for site delivery, construction, permitting, pathways, and right-of-way costs. Service is needed effective July 1, 2027; contracted offers should include 36-month pricing, with possible two additional 12-month extensions. The proposal must also address discounted SPI billing, E-Rate compliance, covered-communications restrictions, lowest corresponding pricing, bandwidth increases, price stability, and other stated contract conditions.
