Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for one package containing 12 each of 250 mL plastic polyethylene laboratory wash bottles, approximately 2.5 inches in diameter. The requested item is identified by NSN 6640-01-630-1887 and part number 07-1320-48, manufactured by J & H Berge, Inc. The supplies must be commercially packaged in sealed unit containers and suitable exterior shipping containers, marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable DLA packaging requirements. Delivery is required within five days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Alternate offers must include complete technical data sufficient for evaluation.
