The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing an Open and Continuous Call for Solutions (CFS) for innovative commercial Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) and modernization solutions to support the Army Logistics and Finance communities. This CFS aims to facilitate rapid, iterative prototyping aligned with nine Areas of Interest (AOIs) representing PM LOG-FIN Value Chains. Solutions must support both non-transactional and transactional functions, integrating with five current Army ERP systems and one non-ERP system. Financial transaction solutions must adhere to DoD auditability, internal controls, traceability, and segregation of duties requirements, while all solutions must comply with Army cybersecurity, governance, and interoperability standards, and be deployable in cArmy 2.0. Approved LCNC platforms include Appian, Army Vantage, Palantir, PowerApps, Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow. The CFS is open in perpetuity, with the government publishing separate Targeted Calls for Solutions (TCFS) with specific requirements and deadlines. Industry may also submit AOI White Papers at any time.
