Description
The project includes construction of a 302-by-50-foot pre-engineered metal building with concrete foundations, slabs, and utility services, along with site demolition, new pavement, pavement milling and overlay, drainage and grading, traffic maintenance, bollards, fencing, lighting, and related work. The single-prime contract is lump sum. Four additive alternates cover a roof drainage system, heavy-duty pavement upgrades, drainage improvements near Virginia Avenue, and electrical upgrades to the Plumbing Shed.
