Description
The Florida Department of Management Services is seeking a single vendor to establish and support MyFloridaNet-3, a statewide telecommunications infrastructure and data transmission service. The scope includes dedicated, commercial, or hybrid network delivery; enterprise telecommunications; wide area and metropolitan area networking; broadband solutions; cloud connectivity; customer-premises equipment options; installation and initial configuration; service-level commitments; and related support services. The contract is intended to serve eligible schools, libraries, non-instructional facilities, and other authorized state and local customers across Florida. The initial contract term is seven years, with a potential seven-year renewal term. The Department estimates annual enterprise expenditures of approximately $60 million for informational purposes only; the estimate is not a guaranteed or minimum spend. Responses must address technical qualifications, staffing, technical solution, pricing, and the required solicitation forms and attachments.
