The opportunity seeks a prime consultant to support one or both of two school modernization and addition projects in Calgary. Project 1 involves modernizing and expanding an existing two-story office building at 2882 11 Street NE into a grade 10–12 school with planned capacity for 500 students, increasing the gross floor area from 3,173 m² to 3,933 m². Project 2 involves modernizing and expanding École de la Rose Sauvage. The existing grades 7–12 school has a gross floor area of 4,221 m² and capacity for 486 students; the proposed facility will serve grades 7–9, with an opening capacity of 605 students and a gross floor area of 5,426 m². The estimated contract period is 41 months, with a proposed start date of November 30, 2026.
