Description
This Request for Information seeks capability statements from organizations able to provide multimodal biometric examination, identity management, biometric support, biometric accuracy and quality analysis, and data analysis services. The work supports biometric repositories and identity services using fingerprint, latent print, face, and iris modalities, including examiner adjudication, identity-record resolution, biometric searches, quality assurance, accuracy testing, matcher and threshold analysis, statistically representative data cohorts, root-cause analysis, reporting, and technical support. The scope also includes Microsoft Power Platform automation, dashboards, data visualizations, AWS and secure Red Hat Enterprise Linux support, and related analytical and documentation services. Responses must be capability statements addressing the listed experience, staffing, modality qualifications, 24/7/365 operational coverage, technical environment, certifications and training, and approaches to supporting the Biometric Support Center and Biometric Accuracy Analysis Team. The capability statement may not exceed 10 pages and must use single-spaced 12-point font on letter-sized pages. It must include a cover page with company, ownership, contract-vehicle, NAICS, and point-of-contact information, and may be submitted as a PDF or Word document. This is market research only and will not result directly in a contract award.
