Description
Allied Command Operations is soliciting bids for custodial and cleaning services at Headquarters Allied Air Command (HQ AIRCOM), beginning July 1, 2027. Eligible firms must be incorporated in a NATO member nation, maintain an active professional facility in a NATO member nation, be legally authorized to operate in Germany, and either hold or be willing to obtain a Facility Security Clearance up to NATO Secret. Personnel performing the work must be citizens of a NATO nation and hold at least a valid NATO Secret clearance. Bidders must have performed at least one substantially similar contract within the last five years, and proposed personnel must have appropriate professional training and experience. Every bidder must attend a mandatory site survey on either September 22, 2026, or September 23, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Participation must be coordinated with the HQ AIRCOM Senior Buyer by September 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Visitors without access to Ramstein Air Base must submit identifying and contact information in advance.
