Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for one BLU-MED 16-foot by 32.5-foot XP medical response package, or equal, under a total small business set-aside. The package must include a deployable Quonset-style shelter, ECU/HVAC system, electrical distribution and lighting, a 20 kW three-phase diesel generator, storage/transport trailer, carry bags, spares and repair kits, manuals, parts lists, and manufacturer documentation. The shelter must meet specified dimensional, structural, environmental, fire-resistance, flooring, connectivity, and weather-performance requirements. The HVAC system must provide at least 30,000 BTUs of cooling and an 8 kW heat strip; the trailer must have a minimum 7,000-pound GVWR and specified transport features. Equal products must be supported by sufficient technical documentation demonstrating compliance with all salient characteristics. The end product must be manufactured in the United States, and the quotation must include pricing, technical details, product literature, cost breakdown, country of origin, delivery confirmation, UEI and CAGE Code, warranty information, and any applicable solicitation-specific representations and certifications.
